CaliAura Pre-Workout is formulated to enhance and sustain your energy and focus to optimize your workouts by increasing muscle endurance and performance. Creatine recharges muscular energy and boosts the activity of muscle-building myogenic stem cells, optimizing muscle repair and regrowth, while the amino acids and the energy boosters help enhance cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength and overall recovery. *
DIRECTIONS: As a dietary supplement, mix 1 scoop with 6-8 oz of water or milk depending on your desired consistency and consume 20-30 minutes before exercising. Do not exceed 2 scoops within any 24-hour period.

Do not consume caffeine from other sources while taking this product as too much caffeine may cause nervousness, irritability, sleeplessness, and occasionally rapid heartbeat. Beta-alanine and niacin may cause a harmless, temporary tingling or flushing sensation. Do not combine with alcohol. Do not exceed 2 scoops within any 24-hour period. Consume as part of a healthy diet and exercise program, and drink at least 100 oz of water per day. Exercise may increase your need for fluid intake.
